Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when received. You must include proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at hello@succet.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
